Tips of Applying Internship Programme for Undergraduate, College Students in Malaysia

Image: StudyandWork
Internship Programme is designed mainly for undergraduate or college students to gain real working experience, on job training and exposure to the realities of working environment. Throughout the programme, they will be guided to learn more about their strengths, weakness and interest.
How to apply internship job programme in the easiest way? Do it online. You may apply through online job portals like jobstreet, jobsdb, monster and alternatively via newspaper like The Star, NST and etc.
However, don’t limit yourself by only applying internship jobs that available or advertised in the market. Do put in extra effort by writing in to company that you feel is relevant to your field of study.
I will suggest you write in to recruitment division and express your interest being work as internship employee. It is advisable to email your resume to person in charge from recruitment department instead of general HR email address that shown in the company website.
Remember, be well prepared with your cover letter and resume. You may send in a follow up email to check the application status two weeks later.
Wish you all the best.
