Whereas those who work less than 30% of full time employees’ working hours (8 hours) shall consider as casual worker. For those that working from home, including maids, telemarketers, data entry doesn’t cover by the new work regulations (Part Time Workers) 2010. Beside EPF and Sosco coverage by employers, the part time workers would be also eligible to enjoy benefits likes public holidays, annual leave, medical leave, off days and over-time allowance.
