Handles incoming calls and ensure consistent delivery of high quality services to customers
Responsible to receive process and respond to customers inquiries in a professional and prompt manner
Responsible to take incoming telephone inquiries or through emails.

Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification
Willing to work on rotation shift between 6.00am to 10.00 pm (8 hours per day)
Willing to work in Jalan Pinang (opposite Aquaria KLCC)
