Responsibilities:
Liaise with the customer service to ensure all customers inquiries and issues come to a successful conclusion.
Confirming payment arrangements for all jobs processed.
Updating all systems with customer activity and information
To provides administrative support on scheduling and job review to the department operation team.
Keeping of necessary records & job files and maintain good administrative records control
To perform any other tasks as assigned by direct superior periodically.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years working experience.
Working experience in service industry
Presentable, good personality, fast learner and able to work independently.
Reasonably good in communication, read and write in English and B. Malaysia
Computer literate & good typing skills
Candidate must be able to work in Jalan Kemajuan, Section 12, Petaling Jaya
