Description

Responsibilities:
 Liaise with the customer service to ensure all customers inquiries and issues come to a successful conclusion.
 Confirming payment arrangements for all jobs processed.
 Updating all systems with customer activity and information
 To provides administrative support on scheduling and job review to the department operation team.
 Keeping of necessary records & job files and maintain good administrative records control
 To perform any other tasks as assigned by direct superior periodically.

Requirements:
 Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years working experience.
 Working experience in service industry
 Presentable, good personality, fast learner and able to work independently.
 Reasonably good in communication, read and write in English and B. Malaysia
 Computer literate & good typing skills
 Candidate must be able to work in Jalan Kemajuan, Section 12, Petaling Jaya
