| Uncategorized | 28 April 2010

Department Statistic shows that Malaysia unemployment rate recorded at 3.5% for end of Year 2009. It was once predicted the rate might rises to 4.5% by end of year 2009. Luckily, the prediction was unrealized!

To enter into world of work is not easy. It is new chapter in your life where you look forward to growth. Fresh graduates who are lack of social, communication and team-working skills will find difficulty to compete with others for a good job.

Therefore, I reckon fresh graduates need to have good command of English, soft skills like responsibility, time management, leadership, sociability and etc, ability to deal with cruel realities of working life, last be not least right working attitude!
